This package also includes a Food Sensitivity Test. Choice of Three Categories: Dairy Products. Grains. Meat. Veg & Fruit. Sugars. Alcohol & Beverages. Condiments. Baking Ingredients. Additives. Add $10 each for additional category over first three. NOTE: Over 60 years of age receive $50 off. Sensitivity Test Results Same Day. Complete Set-For-Life Assessment 8 days.
